Photo Editing & Delivery

Once you book your photoshoot, we’ll work closely with you to ensure the experience is perfectly tailored to your preferences. You’ll fill out a form where you can share your desired shooting locations, themes (e.g., casual, romantic, or cultural), and any other specific requests. This allows us to craft a personalized experience and deliver a photoshoot that’s just right for you.
We’ll also help determine the best timing and locations, along with the editing style and photography options that align with your vision. From location to final photo delivery, we’ll be there every step of the way to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Attire
Guests often enjoy changing outfits during their photoshoot, but a 1-hour session may not provide sufficient time for wardrobe changes. To make the most of your experience, we recommend booking a 2-hour session. This ensures ample time for outfit changes while allowing for a variety of shots in multiple locations.
Age Requirement
There is no age requirement, but a reservation must be made for all guests, and the cost is the same, except for infant (0-5 years old).
Payment
All bookings are payable via Stripe (Booking Checkout) or PayPal. Confirmations regarding your booking will be sent at least 10 days before your activity date.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 7 days or less before the event
- Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 14 days or less before the event
- Cancellation fee of 25% is charged if cancelled 20 days or less before the event

If there is a group of people, can we still get individual shots?
Yes, the photographer can take individual shots of each person in your group. Please let us know of any requests ahead of time so that we can plan and schedule the photoshoot accordingly so there is enough time.
I want the shots to look a certain way. Is this possible?
Our photographers have a unique way of taking photos and editing them. If you would like a specific style, please send us some inspiration and we will try to achieve a similar look if possible; if it is not possible, we will also let you know ahead of time.
